BOOKING & SERVICE POLICY

Thank you for choosing The Pour Society. We are dedicated to delivering a luxury bartending experience with professionalism, elegance, and exceptional service. Please review the following policies before booking.

BOOKING & RETAINER

A non-refundable retainer equal to 25% of the total service cost is required to secure your event date. Event dates are not reserved until the retainer has been received and a signed service agreement is completed.

FINAL PAYMENT

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the event date. Events booked within 14 days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

All retainers are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date based on availability. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

TRAVEL FEES

Travel fees may apply for events outside of our standard service area. Any applicable travel costs will be disclosed and included in your custom quote before booking confirmation.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

    •    The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for service.

    •    All guests who will be served alcoholic beverages must present a valid government-issued ID to verify legal drinking age.

    •    The Pour Society reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, disruptive, or under the legal drinking age.

ALCOHOL POLICY

The Pour Society is a mobile bartending service and does not sell alcohol unless otherwise permitted by applicable laws and licensing requirements. Clients are responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcoholic beverages for their event.

LIABILITY

The Pour Society shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, or incidents resulting from guest conduct, overconsumption of alcohol, venue conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

Photos and videos captured during events may be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless the client submits a written request for privacy before the event date.
