TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to The Pour Society. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By engaging The Pour Society for bartending or beverage services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
2 SERVICES
The Pour Society provides luxury mobile bartending services, mocktail experiences, beverage service, event setup, and related hospitality services. Service offerings may vary based on the selected package and event requirements.
3 BOOKING & PAYMENT
A non-refundable retainer equal to 25% of the total service cost is required to secure your event date.
Event dates are not reserved until both the retainer and signed service agreement have been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the scheduled event date.
Events booked within 14 days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.
4 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
All retainers are non-refundable.
Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
The Pour Society reserves the right to cancel services due to unsafe conditions, extreme weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
5 TRAVEL & ADDITIONAL FEES
Travel fees may apply for events located outside our standard service area.
Any applicable travel costs, accommodations, parking fees, or additional service charges will be disclosed before booking confirmation.
6 AGE VERIFICATION & RESPONSIBLE SERVICE
The Pour Society is committed to responsible alcohol service.
All guests consuming alcoholic beverages must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon request.
Acceptable forms of identification include a driver's license, state-issued identification card, military identification, or passport.
The Pour Society reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who:
• Cannot provide valid identification
• Is under the legal drinking age
• Appears intoxicated
• Displays disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior
No exceptions will be made regarding age verification.
7 ALCOHOL POLICY
Unless otherwise agreed in writing and permitted by applicable law, The Pour Society does not provide or sell alcoholic beverages.
Clients are responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcohol for their event.
8 LIABILITY
The Pour Society shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, theft, property damage, guest conduct, overconsumption of alcohol, or incidents occurring before, during, or after service.
The client assumes responsibility for their guests and agrees to provide a safe environment for staff and attendees.
9 PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING
Photos and videos taken during events may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes unless the client submits a written request for privacy before the event date.
10 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All branding, logos, designs, website content, graphics, and marketing materials associated with The Pour Society remain the exclusive property of The Pour Society and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
11 GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Tennessee.
